Position: Asst. Manager, Compliance (Knit Garments)

Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Vast experience and knowledge in the field of compliance in a knit garments
- Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance 2006 , occupational health and safety and social responsibility etc.
- Handle insurance , worker’s compensation , disability claims, evaluated employees
- Conduct vendor compliance audits in factories and follow up compliance issues
- Educated and train factory based on BSCI,WRAP and other compliance standard
- Generate and compile audit reports
- Interface with internal and external customers on compliance related requests,inquires and matter.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR, Audit face
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit garments
- Age 35 to 40 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Thorough knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Act -2006 and Factory Rules 1979
- Good knowledge in recruitment Procedure and policy, Minimum Wages, health Hygiene and safety regulations in Garments industry.
- Various Buyers Compliance requirements. Must Faced /experienced BSCI/SEDEX Supervision of Factory Security and CT-PAT.
- Very good computer literacy.
- Performance Evaluation, Training needs assessment
- Can provide employee training and counseling.
- Can prepare wages bills of workers.
- Competent in report writing mostly in English
