Job Title: Procurement Specialist: (Job # 123052) Job Level: Mid Job Description: A 4-year Term position; renewable subject to business need and performance of the incumbent. The incumbent will work on procurement matters in specific sectors in the performance of the Bank's fiduciary, service, reform, and knowledge functions with skills in handling its technical and commercial aspects. Educational Qualification: Minimum Master's degree with a major in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Law, Procurement, Finance, Business, Commerce or similar). Work Experience: At least five years of experience as Procurement Specialist or have had responsibilities with a substantial content of his / her position in the procurement area (use of internationally accepted contract documents for works, goods and services; sound understanding of principles underlying good procurement practices; analytical capability in identifying and resolving procurement issues).
