Job Description / Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Vast experience and knowledge in the field of compliance in a knit garments </li>
<li>Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance 2006 , occupational health and safety and social responsibility etc.</li>
<li>Handle insurance , worker’s compensation , disability claims, evaluated employees </li>
<li>Conduct vendor compliance audits in factories and follow up compliance issues </li>
<li>Educated and train factory based on BSCI,WRAP and other compliance standard</li>
<li>Generate and compile audit reports</li>
<li>Interface with internal and external customers on compliance related requests,inquires and  matter.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management 
 </li>
</ul>
Educational Requirements: Masters

Experience Requirements:

<ul type="disc">
<li>Minimum 8-10 year(s)</li>
<li>The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 
 Compliance, HR, Audit face</li>
<li>The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit garments</li>
</ul>
 Additional Job Requirements:

<ul type="disc">
<li>Age 35 to 40 year(s) </li>
<li>Only males are allowed to apply.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Act -2006 and Factory Rules 1979</li>
<li>Good knowledge in recruitment Procedure and policy, 
 Minimum Wages, health Hygiene and safety regulations in Garments 
industry.</li>
<li>Various Buyers Compliance 
requirements. Must Faced /experienced BSCI/SEDEX  Supervision of Factory
 Security and CT-PAT.</li>
<li>Very good computer literacy.</li>
<li>Performance Evaluation, Training needs assessment</li>
<li>Can provide employee training and counseling.</li>
<li>Can prepare wages bills of workers.</li>
<li>Competent in report writing mostly in English</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: Negotiable
