Job Description:
- Analyzing and assessing the training and development needs of the organization
- Designing and arranging training courses/programmes that effectively develop new entrants and support ongoing skill-building of employees
- Inventing and implementing innovative learning strategies that help groom up the leaders of the bank
- Undertaking Action research, Applied research, Quantitative research and Qualitative research on banking and finance particularly in Islamic Banking.
- Conducting research to provide external resources not covered by in- house curriculum/resources for skill improvement Preparing yearly academic calendar and budget required for its implementation
Educational Qualification:
Master degree from any recognized university having no 3rd class/division in any examination
Work Experience:
At least 15 years of experience in HR, Organization Development, training and research. Working experience in banks/financial institutions or in a large training and research institution would be considered as an added qualification
Job Requirement:
Excellent presentation and communication skill in Bengali and English along with working knowledge of computer and internet use are required. Compensation package and designation are negotiable. Age and experience may be relaxed for the candidates with outstanding records of academic results and professional achievements.
