Job Description / Responsibility
- Financial/ Sales:
- To achieve assets and liabilities targets
- Ensure sales targets are met through effective management of RO/RMs
- Give full support to Head of Privilege for achieving targets
- Cross-sell of different products
- To help and organize sales promotions (Campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc) in co- ordination with the Privilege Head & other sales channels.
- To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities.
- Deposit/asset attrition management.
- Monitor and follow-up sales calls of RM/ROs
- Cross sell SME/Corporate products
- Build & leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client`s wallet, maximizing revenues & returns
- Keep up to date market information
- To ensure cost minimization and maximize center/branch profitability
- Pr-screening of consumer banking loan applications to prevent bank from any fraudulent activities
- Service Quality:
- To ensure high quality service to customers as per Bank policy
- Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently
- To ensure one stop service for customers and monitor that customers are not routed to different desks
- Ensure adequate stocks of all forms and brochures
- Relationship and People Management:
- Have open channels of communications and maintain high levels of motivation.
- Ensure an environment where the RO/RMs can operate as a team demonstrating the values of the Bank.
Educational Requirements
MBA/ Masters Degree
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Customer Relation, Business/Product Development
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
- Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- Well conversant both in Bengali and English
- Good interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in MS Office
