Job Description / Responsibility

• Ability to work with the Relationship Managers to identify opportunities to acquire new clients and broaden commercial relationships with existing clients
• Jointly responsible with Relationship Managers to own and exceed annual revenue contribution and asset contribution
• Builds and monitors relationship with the clients working alongside the RMs to ensure quality service is provided at all times and proactively manages the portfolio of clients
• Responsible for completing all required client documentation relating to credit, banking (also investment and wealth- if launched in future) products
• Handles incoming mail, faxes and phone calls from clients, interacting with the relevant support departments and confirming all relevant actions to the clients
• Performs daily operations and transactions on clients' accounts
• Ensure all accountabilities delivered in a risk controlled way
• Provide general supports to RMs on ad-hoc issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• High level of customer service orientation
• Provide international slandered services to Privilege customer to build positive image to HNW society. Also contribute to Bank’s assets and liabilities growth.

Educational Requirements

• MBA/ Master's Degree

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Customer Relation
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Well conversant both in Bengali and English
• Good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in MS Office

Salary Range : Negotiable
