Job Description / Responsibility

• Financial/ Sales:
• To achieve assets and liabilities targets
• Give full support to center manager for achieving targets
• Cross-sell of different products
• To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities.
• Deposit/asset attrition management.
• Cross sell SME/Corporate products
• Build & leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client's wallet, maximizing revenues & returns
• Keep up to date market information
• To ensure cost minimization and maximize center/branch profitability
• Pre-screening of consumer banking loan applications to prevent bank from any fraudulent activities
• Service Quality:
• To ensure high quality service to customers as per Bank policy
• Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently
• To ensure one stop service for customers and monitor that customers are not routed to different desks
• Ensure adequate stocks of all forms and brochures Contribute to the growth of the bank by achieving assets and liabilities targets.

Educational Requirements
MBA/ Master's Degree

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Customer Relation
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Well conversant both in Bengali and English
• Good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in MS Office

Salary Range : Negotiable
